Terms of Service

By using Anomo you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use Anomo

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use the service where you live. Anomo is not offered in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions, or to anyone on a sanctions list.

2. Credits

Credits are prepaid units for using Anomo (100 credits = US$1 at purchase). They have no cash value, cannot be refunded or exchanged back to cryptocurrency, and can only be used on Anomo. Credits are stored only in your browser as anonymous tokens. You are responsible for keeping a recovery file or auto-backup; we cannot restore credits we cannot see. Anyone holding your tokens or recovery code can use them. Usage is charged by the provider's cost for each request plus our margin, as shown in the app.

3. Deposits

Deposits are accepted in USDC on Solana within the limits shown in the app. Deposits that do not meet these rules, or that come from sanctioned addresses, are not converted to credits and are handled manually.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse or stop service to protect users, providers or the law.

5. AI output

AI answers can be wrong, incomplete or offensive. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions without checking.

6. No warranty and limits of liability

Anomo is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the value of credits you bought in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they apply.
